Additional shipping charges will be applied for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

We can ship to California NOW (until January 1, 2028).

(Under California statue, portable generators were given a zero-emission standard extension until January 1, 2028.)

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and, if the issue is with the product,

please include a description of the issue and a picture of the product received.

We accept returns and exchanges on all of our products in original condition and shipping packaging.

There is a 25 percent restocking charge and we will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the item.

Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
